Furmanos; 1/#10 Tomato Paste
Tomato Paste, sold by Furmano Foods, is concentrated from the juice of mature, red ripe tomatoes. It is solids controlled hot-break type product. Citric Acid may be added to control pH. The product is hot-filled into containers that are hermetically sealed. Tomato Paste is a standardized product and is defined in the Standards of Identity for tomato paste (21 CFR 155.191).
