Full Batch Prep: 1. Pour 2 quarts HOT water (165F+) into a large container. 2. Slowly add 1 bag gravy mix to the water while rapidly whisking. 3. Continue whisking for 1 minute. 4. Allow gravy to stand for 5 minutes, then briefly whisk again. 5. Serve immediately or hold on steam table at 165F or higher. Yield 68 fl. oz.
