Serving Suggestion
Grill steaks. Serve with grilled vegetables and baked potato.Cook to an internal temperature of 140F. Let beef rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Preparation
Flat Grill / Griddle / Sauté Pan1. Preheat flat top to 325F.2. Apply oil to grill surface to prevent sticking.3. Place steaks on grill top and cook on each side evenly.4.
