Preparation
Empty carton of liquid product into prepared pan and cover with film wrap. Place in steamer cabinet and steam heat for 30 minutes. Carefully remove tray from steam cabinet, stir to slightly breakup egg. Return to open steamer until fully cooked. Repeat stirring step to redistribute liquid until fully cooked and ensure even heating.
