After reaching room temperature, fluff and individually separate each wrap. Steam CabinetReturn wraps to bag and place in steam cabinet. Stack no more than 3 dozen high. Heat to 160 F. Do not keep more than 3 hours.STAGING: Keep in steam cabinet or bun warmer until used (maximum 1 hour).
