Place 18 frozen strudel sticks on a parchment-lined 18×26 inch sheet pan in a 3×6 pattern. Do not thaw before baking.Baking Instructions:Standard/Reel Oven (375F): 39-43 minutes.Rack Oven (350F): 36-40 minutes.Convection Oven (325F): 33-37 minutes; Rotate pan halfway through baking.Baking times may vary. Remove from oven when strudel sticks begin to brown. Strudel sticks must be thoroughly baked for a light, flaky texture. Cool completely before icing. Add string icing (using roll icing), if desired.
